This is a late summer, five day tour to one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland, the Wicklow mountains which are located some 50 miles south of Dublin. Two of the days will have organised runs out for members of the tour taking in a diverse range of countryside, including one of the finest grand houses in Ireland, and coastal areas. A third trip will be linking up with an Irish MG club for a special combined run.
An exceptional price has been obtained with Cresta Ireland Holidays, (fully ABTA bonded for secuity), providing top quality accommodation at The Glendalough Hotel on a B&B basis and ferry crossings on the Holyhead to Dublin route are included.
Demand has been high for this exceptional,value for money tour, indeed well over half of the places available (max. 15 cars/ 30 people) have been taken already.

Classics on the Green 7 with Carters Steam Fair is a show in two parts on the Saturday from 12.00 noon is the Scammell show open to all commercials with the Scammell road run to Tolpits Lane from 2.00 pm and then back to enjoy the Fair. On the Sunday is the Classic on the Green Car show open to any interesting vehicle, Classic Cars,Vintage Cars,Modern Super Cars, Kit cars,Custom Cars, Race Cars,and Commercials.Entry by donation to our chosen charities this years gates open at 10 am and for the last two years we have been site full by noon. If you are just viewing please use our two public parking areas and not the streets.

Following the success of our 2010 Tour of Cornwall & South West Rally we are continuing our theme od visiting a different region of the country each year taking in a large rally followed by a week long tour of the region. For 2011 we are touring the Highland region of Scotland taking in the big rally at Glamis castle. The event will start on Saturday July 9th with a convoy from Yorkshire to Pitlochry where the first half of our tour will be based. Sunday will see us with a large club display at the Glamis castle rally followed by a trip to Balmoral and Breamar on Monday. A free day on Tuesday followed by our run to the Fort William Area on Wednesday. Thursday will be a free day with an optional train ride to Mallaig followed by a trip to Oban with chance to take the ferry on to Mull followed by a visit top Easdale over the famous "Bridge over the atlantic". Easdale was the setting for the film "Ring of Bright Water"
