The
Jubilee Ball --- Friday
31st May 2002. This was our first major
social event, organised to celebrate the Queens
Golden Jubilee. We were pleased to be joined
by guests from South Staffs & N. Birmingham
MGOC, The MG Octagon Club, Abingdon MG Parts Ltd
and members from our club with their families and
friends. As the Club Chairman, Peter Wallis
said in his speech, '.... you need four
ingredients for a good evening, good food, good
wine, good surroundings but most of all you need GOOD
COMPANY...' We had all four and the
feedback is that everyone enjoyed a superb
evening. |
