Should anyone fancy planning their own trip to the South of France or Monaco then here are some helpful links to aid your planning.

Hotels

We all stayed at The Columbus which is part owned by David Coulthard and has car parking - not cheap but  a luxury way to end the run to Monaco. They quoted us a room rate of around £160 inc of breakfast PLUS car parking at £13 per day. Book direct with the hotel or try one of the booking sites.

The Ambassador is near the casino and is a lot cheaper but also smaller and parking may not be easy.
