CRIME CORNER

Yes - Crime is out there and it does not neglect the the MGF/TF community. A recent spate of MGF related offences have occurred in the West Midlands. Both these items picked up from the mGF Enthusiasts Bulletin Board so we take these reports on trust.

PATRIOTIC HARDTOP STOLEN

  A unique hardtop was stolen in Bromsgrove, west midlands. It is sprayed up in union jack colours and is believed to be the only one in the country. It has got a tinted rear screen and bolt holes in both the front clips and the rears . Its also got Wayne's name etched on the plastic under the cloth at the front. The car complete with hardtop was seen at the recent MGF 10 celebrations as seen in the picture below. FRIGHTENING CAR JACKING

On Friday 18th November 18^th November  A steptronic MGF was stolen by two criminals at knifepoint in the West Midlands area from the female driver. It'si registration is   Y 141 VOJ and has two tone cream leather interior with the walnut console and air vents, there are 3 screw holes just at the side of the passenger footwell light where there used to be a mobile phone holder and on the back rest of the passenger seat there is a slight brown burn mark. ANOTHER HARDTOP GOES

In a week of high MGF related crime another hardtop has been reported as stolen. this one is in the new style Nightfire Red and was stolen from BBS regular Tim Field's car whilst parked in  - yes you guessed it  - the West Midlands !.
