This wonderful B & B came to us via the internet. You can find many many wonderful B & B's in the Silverstone area right at your own doorstep when you use the internet. Jan and I have preferred to use B & B's whenever we travel both at home and abroad and have never been disappointed. The Rose Cottage for instance has 3 rooms some are ensuite (has a bathroom in the room.) A full English breakfast is provided, which normally includes eggs, breakfast meat, toast, coffee and more. Believe me you will not start your day of hungry. Below are some of the photos I took of the Cottage and grounds, but this is only a brief sample. One of the neat Pubs in the area that we ate at was the Crown Inn, only a couple of miles from the Rose Cottage. The inn is located in the village of Weston. The food was great, reasonable and the local folks were very friendly. We experienced a wondeful hard cider there, I believe it was called Stofford Press. It was mellow and very tasty. The inn itself dates back to the early 1500's, now has is that for history?
