You may return new purchases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 business days, after receipt of items by NAMGAR, depending on the original form of payment. Package tracking is recommended. We'll notify you of your pending refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items are not returnable after more than 30 days after delivery.

NAMGAR Membership Dues Refund Policy

NAMGAR single year membership dues will not be refunded except on an exception basis as granted by the NAMGAR Board of Directors. Those members requesting a refund for a multi-year membership may have the portion of their membership refunded that is attributed to unused, full year, membership. No partial year memberships are refunded except on an exception basis as granted by the NAMGAR Board of Directors. When approved, you should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 business days, after notification to NAMGAR, depending on the original form of payment. We'll notify you of your pending refund upon approval.

Refund Policy for Cancellation of NAMGAR Event Registration

A registrants' Registration Fee, meals, miscellaneous events, and regalia fees will be refunded if Event Registration is notified at least 30 days prior to the start of the event, unless otherwise stated on the Event Registration Form. If notification of cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the registrants' Registration Fee, meals, miscellaneous events, and regalia fees cannot be refunded. However, at the Event and upon the Registrants' request, all attempts will be made to sell any non refundable items, exclusive of the Registration Fee. Should any items be sold, reimbursement for those items will be issued to the Registrant within 30 days after the close of the Event.
