Rebuilding Your Engine
If you are rebuilding your Sprite's engine this summer consider using new pistons from TRW. These offer an improved solid oil ring over the OE pistons supplied by Hepolite which (so I am told), provides much better oil control with modern thinner oils. It is also worth considering approaching your local engine reconditioner for the supply of engine parts as they are often cheaper than the MG Parts Specialists and will generally provide free advice and often superior quality parts.
