PHOTO COMPETITION 2009
COMPETITION RULES
Each
primary member or their spouse/partner can submit two images taken this
year. The prints must be borderless A4 size, colour or monochrome using
your choice of photographic paper.
The subject matter must depict some aspect of MG ownership or MG Northumbria membership.
Prints must be mounted, and to this end I have included the supply of
two 20x16 cream mounts each with an A4 cut-out, backing board, and
cellophane envelope in the modest entry price of £5, or £3 for one image.
You only have to produce your own stunning images in either portrait or
landscape format, fix them to the mount supplied, using masking tape,
write your name and any comments on the back, then bring them along to
the October club night and win a prize. Perhaps.
To improve your
chances Danny Brannigan, a respected Hon. Life member of Hexham
Photographic Society, will come along to our Club night on the 6th May,
where he will inform, enthuse, and now doubt, amuse us with his vast
knowledge of photographic technique. Don’t miss it!
In the mean time I would be pleased if you could let me know, as soon
as possible if you wish to enter, as I need to order the appropriate
number of mounts from the supplier.
