1. Membership records are kept on a computer database - this information is kept confidential and is not disclosed to anyone except members of MG Northumbria. 
2. Membership of MG Northumbria is separate from that of the MGOC, you do not need to be a member of the national club. 
3. Membership of both MG Northumbria and Backworth Miners’ Welfare runs from January to December each year.
