At 8pm on Tuesday 21 January, it was time for the Annual General Meeting to commence.  We had an
excellent turnout with twenty six members were present.  However yet again Squeaky John was missing
and there are deep concerns for his whereabouts and safety.

The officers were elected in the usual manner - John as Chairman, Jose as Secretary and Neil & Janet
as Treasurers.  Annual subscriptions were held at £10 per car.

A brief report was given on the outrageous antics of Pam at the Annual New Year Bash, although Pam
didn't seem to recall much of it!

Discussions centred on the 11th Pendle Run - all accomodation at the Stone Trough and nearby hotels
are now fully booked - anyone else requesting accomodation will have to bring a tent!  We have 43
bookings for the Pendle Run plus own members, so we are probably already nearly two thirds full -
just three weeks after starting to advertise the run, which indicates just how popular this event
is.

We also had one or two questions about Ted's purchasing of raffle tickets, so we'll have to keep
a close eye on that one.
