Repairing the reverse lamp & license light
I made new lens covers for the reverse lamp & license lights.
1. Pulled out all plastic.
2. Pulled off rivets.
3. Had some extra plastic (from doll house window material).
4. Bought 3/16 rivets, (no drilling required). Make sure they will fit.
5. Used pop rivet tool and riveted, after drilling holes through plastic material,
ONE AT A TIME !
6. Now you have new, clear lenses.
7. Picture shows new lens on left and old lens on right.

I used doll house window plastic for the clear plastic lenses. They worked
perfectly and have withstood over 110 degree heat last summer and are still
clear. Most any clear plastic should work.
