National MG concours at Geelong

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Venue for the concours was Rippleside park. The four bollard carvings mark the walking/ cycling path access to  Rippleside park. Combined with this image is the poster for the National meeting.

Judges in process of scrutiniering concours participants. Nine Magnettes joined the display lineup. Day was not cold but overcast at this stage. Corio bay is a feature of this venue and can be seen over the mass of MG's.

Some idea of how well supported this concours is.   Lineup of concours winners. Interst was high, a good look at Rod Smith's red ZB required being very close. In the background is city skyline of Geelong.
