A Magnette in CanadaI snapped these photos on 21 April 2007 at our club’s 26th annual Tulip
Rally. The club is the MG Car Club Northwest Centre. This event is a “gimmick
rally” where the goal is to drive through the tulip growing region of the
northern Puget Sound and answer as many of the truly silly questions as
possible. (Example: what color is the white truck standing in the field? Answer:
the truck is the White brand – the color is a rusty purple…) This year’s event
was truly a stand out as there were 275 cars from 21 car clubs representing
three US states and Canada. Of course, I was the only one with enough class and
style to show up with a Magnette! (Zeebee brought much interest and many
positive comments).
