Wire wheel axle, hubs and wheels
I have all the bits to convert to a wire wheel setup. All from a running 1968 car. I have changed over to alloy wheels. Rear axle including drums and hubs. Two front hubs. Four wheels and tyres (best to change these I think) and one untyred wheel. The wheels will need refurbishing but functioned perfectly well before I removed them (they are of the painted variety). All splines look good. I can email pics if needed. These are heavy items so you'll need to pick them up from near Norwich.

1967 MGB Red
I find it fitting that it was from this site that I found and bought this car in 2002. It has been a joy to own and drive. I've met wonderful people along the way, and enjoyed meeting strangers as they admired the car.
Alas, family changes mean it is time to sell. I'll post pics later, or email me directly.
This is a 1967, in wonderful shape. It has run like a top since day one. I've put very few miles on it over the years as it truly is a Sunday driver. Hopes that I'd continue to drive it when my first child was born over five years ago have not played out. Anyway, it drives wonderfully. I bought the car after it had been restored by a couple of younger men. One of them passed away and his friend sold the care on behalf of his mother. They apparently worked at an English car shop while students, and restored this car during free time.
The paint work is red, but it is not the original color. The interior is black with red piping, and the top is white. The body is in very good shape, the only exception being the left rear wheel well. When I bought the car, there was some minor damage here. The previous owner said a re-tread tire had become separated while driving and damaged it. It is not major by any measure, and I left it as is.
The engine and transmission are tip top. Really, the only issues besides the above are:
1) Tachometer does not work
2) Speedometer is "funny". By that, I mean is tends to bounce when driving. Hard to gauge actual speed.
3) Defrost fans do not work.
Again, this was a pure pleasure car. I estimate I've driven less than 5000 miles in ownership.
Please email me questions, and I'll answer the best I can. I have records of all work done, but frankly, there isn't much. A couple of batteries, a water pump a couple of years ago, and some minor work done by a trusted mechanic in Virginia before I moved to California.

1977 Roadster For Sale
1977 (S) MGB Roadster, Brooklands Green, Overdrive, Rostyles, MOT and SORN
This car has been off the road for about 3 years, and has only done about 1200 miles since a reconditioned engine was fitted some 5 years ago, with unleaded conversion. Mileage is showing 11,800.
Many new parts have been fitted including carpets, seat covers, battery isolator switch, steering rack and track rod ends, front suspension overhaul, discs, front tyres, rear wheel cylinders.
It has now been re-commissioned / fully serviced including all oil and filters changed, brake fluid, anti freeze. New parts fitted have included radiator cap, number plates, wiper blades and arms, sun visors, plug leads and battery.
The car also benefits from the sports exhaust system, locking fuel cap, halogen headlamps, electric fan, Piranha electronic ignition, leather rim steering wheel and servo assisted brakes. It also has a Clarion ARB 1170E radio cassette and new aerial.
This is quite a tidy car that drives well. Not bad for a 30 year old classic!
It is not the best, having not been fully restored, but I do not think you will find a better roadster at this price!!
Known faults, overdrive not working, body a bit tatty.
Another summer over, and I still have not got time to use it. So it must now go to a new owner who will hopefully have some fun with it!

BGT SOLD!!!!!
I have for sale an excellent BGT rolling shell. I was going to build it for my wife but she has since got a MG Midget hence this is now not required.
The shell is a rubber bumper Jubilee and is in amazing condition. It has only done 40k miles and was in a garage unused for most of its life. A friend started the rebuild and was going to build a V8, but stopped after he had done the LH side.
I got the car in a dismantled state, without engine and box (which I have available if needed, od gearbox) or front wings.
To summarise
1) LH sill footwell etc has been done.
2) RH sill, arch repair and some minor front wheel well repair needed. However panels are included and would cost well over £100 new!!
3) Floor as can be seen are excellent as is rear end of car, orange in photo is rusty grindings!!
4) Car looks like it was ziebarted from new.
5) Doors and tailgate are excellent
6) Front wings are Chrome bumper, but have minor damage. However they are also nearly new.
7) Currently fitted with chrome bumper front cross member, but rubber bumper one is available as well.
8) I have some spare rubber bumper parts that can go with the car.
9) Seats, dash, column etc all there.
10) Sebring front valence
11) Glass provided
This shell would for not much money make a great car, ideal for a V8 conversion (footwells rad mods etc are already there as its a rubber bumper car), race/sprint car build or to use to re-shell your rusty car.
Remember how much a Heritage shell is, for significantly less you can have a shell as good as/better than heritage.
I can help with transport (within reason) as I have a trailer.
Engine and gearbox are extra to the price.
I am open to sensible offers!!

Tax Exempt 1971 MGB GT
I have no experience of welding and have bitten off more than I can chew. This GT appears to have been last on the road in 1988. Sometime before 1994 a good deal of restoration work was carried out. Brand new front wings, bonnet, inner and outer sills, cross member with jacking points, castle rails, rear quarter panels, front and rear valances, boot floor, doors, rear hatch were fitted and a very good professional paint job (Teal Blue) carried out. The windscreen looks nearly new. A gold seal engine has been installed and a couple of club friends feel that it has hardly been used. As far I know the car was then stored in what must have been dry conditions until recently when the owner unfortunately died.
When I looked over the car and bought it I knew there was work to be done. However, now that I have stripped down the GT I find matters are beyond my competence. The fuel tank is rotten and has been removed. The floors are rotten and need cutting out and replacing. The drivers-side under wing box section needs replacing. The floor to step sill needs a lot of work on both sides. There are other areas where it is clear that a less than thorough job was done in the 1994 restoration. Ironically, it is rather baffling to see the brand new sections which were put in looking like they were done yesterday. The tan interior of the car is mostly there, but basically new seat covers, cards, headlining and carpets will be required.
This GT offers pristine doors, a beautiful bonnet, and the car has obviously not been used since all the replacement panels were installed installed. The gold seal engine turns but I have not fired her up. This is a project that is worth a look.....come on over and give it a good going over! Asking price £850

1974 MGB GT
1974 MGB GT for sale! Car is in a state of disassembly, and should be used for a parts car. Engine rebuilt and painted, window glass, seat frames, wheels, transmission... you name it, it's there. Can be parted out or sold as a whole. You pick up. It needs a lot of work, I would recommend it as a parts car. Owned it since 1992. The car was taken to a shop to be restored, after a short while they closed their doors and we were left with what you see here. Parts are all there, but disassembled. Car was originally the orange shown in the engine well. We were planning on going back to it. I am in South Carolina and the car is with my mom in Ohio.
