Hot off the press, these are the first pictures from
the day out at the National Mining Museum.
Three were taken on the route which took us over Holme Moss (525m) then into
Holmfirth for morning coffee at "Sid's Cafe". One of the film
locations used in "Last of the Summer wine". This is another one
of those quaint English TV programmes.
A very heavy rain storm caused an early departure for many of the 20 cars,
leaving this happy group to pose for the only "official"
photograph.
Glad that you all enjoyed your day and thanks again to Stuart.
