To celebrate the Concours Show being held at a new venue, Batemans Brewery are producing a limited number of bottles of their superb XXXB beer with our own “MGCC Lincolnshire Centre” label, kindly sponsored by Rimmer Bros of Lincoln.

You can order some by completing the special order form; please click here to download . . .

Geoff & Vicki Edge were the organisers of this great day out for MG enthusiasts, families and those who enjoy learning more about local places - in this case, Wainfleet, via a Treasure Hunt around the local town - and for those whose delight is walking around lots of lovely cars especially when a fair number are MGs . . .

The venue was very picturesque with a river running close by, mature trees and, of course, the Batemans Brewery buildings themselves are all part of the historic town.

There was an opportunity to take the Brewhouse Tour; enjoy the "virtual reality" of the Brewery Experience; inspire the youngsters and the young at heart with the old traditional pub games including Bagatelle, Shove Shive, Ring the bull's Nose, Shive in the Barrel, Cheese Skittles, Chess, Giant Snakes & Ladders, Twister, Connect 4 and Tumble Tower; enjoy tasting the range of Batemans Beers in the Circular Windmill Bar; have lunch inside or the Barbeque outside; take home some souvenirs from the Brewery Shop.

Trying out the beer and food on offer, members of the Committee and friends relax at Batemans brewery.
