Spridget Datsun 5 Speed Transmission
For sale is this preferred 5 speed transmission for the MG Midget/ AH Sprite Rivergate Conversion. These transmissions transform the Spridget into a legitimate highway cruising car by significantly reducing highway rpms. My current Arkley Midget has this same transmission and it takes interstate rpms from (about) 4200 to 3400. (with the 3.9 differential)
Having said that, I purchased this 210 transmission from a fellow in Maryland about a year ago with the plan being to put it into another Midget. That is now not going to happen. My best information was that the transmission came out of a running car and operated satisfactorily. I have no reason to doubt that. The transmission shifts fine statically. You will see in the attached link that it is the preferred FA serial # with the # "60" stamped on the side. What you see in the link is what you will get.
I paid $560 for it and that is what I want for it today. Send an email or call 937 776 7248 if you need more information.

Midget Wheels Cosworth Vega FS
I have two sets of the rare alloy wheels that were used on the two year run of Chevrolet Cosworth Vega cars. (4 wheels per set) The wheels are similar in appearance to the Minilite/Panasport wheels. (see link)
These wheels are for the Vega Cosworth but they have the same bolt pattern as the MG Midget. The bolt hole diameter is slightly larger than the midget stud, but they center up with the conical standard Midget retaining nuts. (A previous MG Midget Collier Cup winner at Watkins Glenn ran a set of these wheels for a couple of years on his car--see link) The wheels are 13" X 6" and weigh only 13 lbs. Much wider and lighter than the standard MG Midget wheel. A wheel spacer for clearance may be necessary and the fit is tight with the stock rear fenders. I am not an expert on these wheels but I do know this is a fairly common conversion to get a wider and lighter wheel for better performance. One set is gold and the other silver. $250 per set or $450 for both sets. Email for more information or call me at 937 776 7248.

Midget body shell - Lenham? with 1968 V5
Eminently save-able Midget bodyshell. Rear wings removed, so the hard work of making a Lenham or Ashley conversion is done!
Boot floor is good, main floors could do with some work but not much and a bit of tidying up needed at the top of the A-posts. One front chassis leg needs replacing - OK this all makes it sound terrible, but this is not your usual rusty junk. Would be a great timesaver if your shell is gone too far. Car is 1968 and has V5 to prove it!
