The International MG Show & Spares Day  Live Promotions Events Limited, the company behind the Race Retro Historic Motorsport Show, has just announced that next year’s International MG Show and Spares Day will be held at Warwickshire’s Stoneleigh Park on Sunday 19th February, 2012. The company says that the event will be the ideal start to a classic year and brings together all that is best about the small sports car maker that developed a global fan base.  

Sponsored by Heritage Insurance, the MG International Show features displays from many of the UK’s most dedicated motoring clubs – they will be showing rare and stunning examples of MG models down the ages, from the earliest to the very latest.  

Enthusiasts looking for parts can visit the very popular autojumble – from a dashboard switch to a complete body shell, everything you need to start or finish your restoration project will be there – whilst, alongside the autojumble, MG specialists will be promoting their products and services, as well as sharing their know-how and expertise with other enthusiasts.  

The International MG Show and Spares Day will be open from 10am until 4pm. Tickets are available at £8 for adults in advance, £12 on the gate (Under 16s - Free). Also, advance ticket purchasers can get in from 9.00am not 10.00am with the day buyers! Car parking is free. The MG Car Club Y Type Register Spring Weekend will be centred in the Forest of Dean area over the weekend of 12 - 13 May 2012.

Gerne würden wir alle Y Fans aus Holland, Belgien, Luxemburg , Großbritannien und Deutschland, ins Bergische Land einladen.

Sie werden eine Ausfahrt erleben die über die schönsten Strecken dieser Region führt.

Waldwege, Hügel und Talsperren reihen sich abseits von stark befahrenen Strassen aneinander. Hier wollte Ihr "Y" immer schon einmal hin.

Freitag den 06 Juli Anreise

19 Uhr Benzin Gespräch mit gemeinsamen Abendessen

Samstag den 07. Juli 10 Uhr Ausfahrt nach Chinesen Zeichen Streckenlänge ca. 160 Km.

Sonntag den 08 .Juli kleine gemeinsame Ausfahrt ins Bergische

Anschließend begeben sich dann alle auf die Heimfahrt.

We are again pleased to invite all "Y" fans from Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Great Britain, and Germany into the Bergischen Country.

You will experience an outing through the most beautiful stretches of this region.

Forest roads, hills and dams will line up besides great driving roads. Here your “Y” will always want to be ready for the off!

Friday 6 July, the journey begins at 7:00pm discussions with fellow ‘petrol-heads’ before dinner.

Saturday 7 July, 10:00am departure with Chinese route books for a journey of approximately 160km.

Sunday 8 July, a similar but shorter excursion into the Bergisch countryside.

To finish, everyone returns home.

Following the great success of a similar event in 2010, the MG Car Club Canberra Inc. invites you to enjoy and celebrate MG T and MG Y Types during Canberra’s spring time. Friday 12 October - Sunday 14 October 2012

This very special, non-competitive, socially oriented event includes:

• An MG display lakeside near the Floriade Festival

• A fabulous run to one of Canberra’s wonderful nature parks
