![]() Christmas and the New Year celebrations are in full swing at this time of year, although you may be soon thinking about hoovering up those Christmas tree needles that stay in your carpet for months, however now is the time to start planning some of the trips and events that we all wish to attend in 2004, so watch this space next month for all the exciting things that we will be getting up to over the summer months, and don't forget now is also the time to think about looking in the garage to see if there are any bits of restoration you may need to carry out to keep your pride and joy in tip top condition……which in my case is more important than normal since I have decided to drive down to Le Mans in the “Red Beast” for the Classic Le Mans race weekend at the end of July, as most the Cambridge MGOC members know, I replaced the engine and gearbox (with great thanks to Robin!) last year, so now I have to sort out the brakes so that they match the new turn of speed that the “Red Beast” now gives me.
