June News

We had a Monday night 'munch' on the 17th May at the Black Horse in Dry Drayton, and the evening was a great success, with the pub putting on some excellent dishes for us to savor, as the sun went down in the garden.

The Spring Bank Holiday Monday run on 31st May was to the Stondon Motor Museum, kindly arranged by club members, Chris & Pat.

We started from the Green Man, following a carefully planned route, which took us through some beautiful country side with several comfort stops on the way.

1 windmill, 5 MGs and a Ford!!

We also had a chance for the odd photo call with some excellent backdrops like the Post Mill at the top of Primrose Hill.

Stondon Motor Museum certainly lived upto its reputation of being a museum that you never quiet know what you will find around the next corner.

One of the museums more unusual exhibits!!

Now can any one tell me how a private motor museum just happens to have a sixty-foot missile launcher, with missile still attached?

Please note the concours event set for the 12th June has been cancelled, hopefully to be re-sheduled soon.
