1977 MGB RoadsterDavid and Marion Pitcher with their "pride and joy", a 1977 MGB Roadster. As both husband and wife are mad keen enthusiasts, a roster system saves any marital disagreements as to whose turn it is to drive. Dave and Marion live out in the country in Western Australia where there are a lot of dirt roads, they find the slightly higher ride height of the later model MGB is quite advantageous.

British Car DayWhenever possible David and Marion (above) get along to any MG or Classic car events. Pictured here are some MGs at the British Car Day held at Gingin in Western Australia

MG Midget I restored this Midget over two years. It has a 1098 engine with the 2"crank. All is standard and original except the S/S sports manifold and system. Although this has cost me more than I could sell it for in time and money I enjoyed every nut and bolt to the full ! In this picture it is being driven by Anne my sister who I am sure would be only too pleased if I built her one. Laurence Hamer. Thrapston, Northants. loz@weatherbys-group.com

1932MagnaI have enclosed a picture of my 1932 MG F Magna, as it was when I owned it back in 1967. I owned it for three years and took it to Germany when I was in the Army out there. I usually drove it with the roof down and the windscreen down. You will recognise the Reg. No. as the same as the one on the front of Richard Monk's book "The MG Collection, The Pre-War Models"

The-Petrosky-MGB"My wife and I purchsed our 1978 MGB in 1994 with only 28,000 original miles on it. After a little elbow grease, it now looks and drives great. I don't think I would start a cross-country trip with it, but in the summer there is nothing like top down driving."
togetherness!A new project for two of our readers in Ohio, USA.
"Because of our enjoyment with the MGB, (above) we bought a 1958 MGA (left) that is, we hope, a diamond in the rough. It doesn't look great currently, but it starts right up, even after sitting through three months of Cincinnati winter. Check back often and see our (my) progress."

Stock-'GT'-?
The GT is a 73 , stock stock stock.... well , not the paint! , but everything else is...stock stock stock... This is by far the best MG I have ever owned, I drive her everyday and I never hear even a hicup from her. When I first got the car , it was in somewhat worse shape to say the least but the motor and body were good ....
Owner Ian Flanders
Red-Hot-But-Blue!!
The Pagent Blue MG is a 78 MGB it has a 2.0 litre motor with a weber sidedraft, a 5 row hi eff. radiator, hotter cam, ligthened flywheel, all sorts of trick nic nacs in the motor to keep it from killing itself. Tube shock conversion, lowered 2 inches.. All the work was done by Darrin at Darrin's MG Service in California.
You can email Darrin at dmgnut@aol.com
Want to talk MG's then email Ian Flanders
On-a-scale-of-1to10? Something fishy about this MG!
Ah yes , the fishy mobile......... I was working out of State for a few months and my girl friend said she had a present for me when I got home. She, being an air brush artist, thought it would be CUTE to paint my 78 to look like a fish (grrr) It sucks when you have to drive with a hat pulled over your eyes so as not to be recognised... I have since BRG'd the car and sold her, the girlfriend soon followed...
